Where is it, and how is it, the "Ordered State of Nature"?!?

Our biosphere (inside the frontiers of Earth's surface - in my opinion - is at Chaotic State. The same that "if have cold, must have hot", "if have male, must have female", so, I think that "if have chaotic state, must have ordered state". But my mind is so poor and weak that I can't to think logically about this big puzzle. Can you help me? Pleaseeee...
