I have a question on an H.I.V test?

i took 1 about 9 months ago with many other tests i asked when i could pick up the results and they said i didn't have to if i had anything they would call and they haven't does that mean i am negative if i would of got it it would of been about 4 years ago i went to the hospital around December because of a U.T.I and i am afraid the nurse might of used an unclean needle sense she was kind of clumsy and i really didn't see were she took out the other needle from when she missed my vain the first time about a month ago my therapist tested me to see how my health was sense they do it every year and everything came out fine my white blood cell count was good i am worried that i might of gotten it and no 1 has told me or the nurse was careless and used an unclean needle it was in the emergency room everyone is in a rush there could i be infected
