How can I tame a wild Squirrel?

Now before people come in here and tell me not to and that it's dangerous, everyone in my area likes them (most of them are old) and they feed the squirrels, But I want to know how to be abel to feed them from my hand I have 3 feeders about 50 feet away from my house, Any Help would be appreciated Thanks ;)
