Cutting the umbilical cord?

I am planning on letting the cord stop pulsating before it is clamped and cut. I am also planning on having immediate skin-to-skin contact with my baby. You can have both simultaneously. Talk to your doctor, tell your delivery nurses, and remind your doctor. It's your body, your baby, and your wishes.
