I can`t figure out the name of this movie I was in love with when I was younger. Help me out pllzzz?

Well im not sure what the girl name was but she played the pink power ranger, I think it was the mighty morphin power ranger (THE BEST ONE EVER) and in the movie she died in a car crash. But before she died she was gettin ready for a date and her Grandfather keep askin her to do something for him and she just keep sayin I promise I will do it grandad. I know he was tellin her not to leave and she was sayin I promise i wont leave grandad and stuff like that. N she was haunting someone but I think they were fallin in love and he was the only one that could see her, and in the end she reunited with her grandparents (who had died) and they were in the back seat of the car she had died in and so was her date that died with her. Im tellin u I love this movie so much im like cryin while typing this. Like this movie is so good. its like a love story. She was tryin to get the guy who she was hauntin to help her do something. Im not sure, but I think it was Susie Q???
