Spotty Lilly!?

lilly's 6 weeks old 2moza. and for the last 3 days shes had spots all over her cheaks, round her nose, on her chin n in her hair. they've been there b4 but gone down in a day. yes i've checked em with a gl and hey're fine, just spots. does anyone know whats causing them? or how i could stop them coming? everytime she scratches her face she opens one or two up, poor thing. n as she's just discovered her hands this is gettin more n more often
