My wife needs therapy.....I'm trying to save our marriage...Where can we turn?

Our homelife is getting increasingly chaotic and something's got to change. My wife is constantly stressed out and gets angry at my children constantly. She doesn't understand that her temper is set off for the littlest things and she gets completely irrational and angry. Today, she left for a few hours after blowing up at my oldest daughter for not wanting to eat something that was gross anyway. Now, she's calmed down but she knows something has to change. I have only a few choices: Therapy for her, Therapy for the entire family, or divorce. Right now she doesn't have health insurance. How can I find her the therapy she needs and afford to pay for it? Where can I find a therapist I can afford? I live just outside of Baltimore, Md. Can anybody help me?
