They will serve the paperwork at his last known address and if he doesn't show they put a warrant out for his arrest. Of course where it gets complicated is not knowing where he lives. Then he goes to court in shackles and they determine an amount of child support he must pay regularly (usually weekly) depending on his income and yours.
