Perfection, the meaning of life?
Perfection is not possible, feasible or reasonable nor is it the meaning of life. Since the beginning of humankind people have tried to find some kind of meaning in life. The need for a meaning had widely been satisfied by religion, but as most of us know by now, we live in a universe governed by universal constants which dictate our everyday lives. Without getting into too much detail I'm just going to say it. Looking at the big picture there really is no meaning, its all rather pointless. Does this mean we shouldn't cherish life? No. Lets break it down to the basics. The goal of any organism is to reproduce, and do what is best for the individual as well as the collective. So of course we will value life for that is what we are programed to do. As for meaning, its up to you to decide whether you need it or not. to be continued...
