94 Bonneville won't start.?

sounded like battery was getting low, hesitated to start a few times, and then wouldn't crank over fast enough to start at all. Tried to jump it, wouldn't even turn over. Hit starter with a hammer and then it almost started. Replaced starter & solenoid. now wont even turn over, just a single click from the starter when I turn the key.
