Trying to find when my ggrandfather died?

his name alfred j bull i dont know if he left or divorced my ggrandmother or left her a widow, he was born 1888 the last child he had to my ggrandmother was born in 1923 uming the child was his, death must of been after this can anybody help been searching for months
