Surgery ( part hysterectomy)?

its been three months now and i have a few questions i have asked mdoc but they say i should not being have these things ok i have acne none stop i have to shave two times a week now if i want smooth leg i have change my deodorant three times and am useing ani-perspirant ive used dove ,sercet , and degree and nothings changed i have even taking showers two are three times a day due to three deodorant not working any way the question is why is this happing .the only thing that was removed was my uterus and i allso had a dnc which is a cleaning of the walls .
