Question about drone dogfighting?

I would not bet the farm on a drone being able to dog-fight. They will always be a heart-beat behind because there is not a pilot on board. Most dog-fights are not swirling adventures with each pilot trying to out guess and out maneuver each other. The vast majority involve sneaking up from the opponent's six and shooting them from behind. Not exactly chivalry, but quite effective. Most fighter pilots do not realize that they are under attack until a tracer or rocket goes whizzing past their canopy. Then, the frantic maneuvering begins. I would sneak up on a drone and shoot it in the back as option #1.
