My used TV makes a high pitch sound for a few seconds when I turn it on, why is that?

Hi, I bought my TV second hand and after a few months of buying it I noticed it makes a slightly audible high pitch sound for a few seconds when I turn it on. Why is it happening, is it a sign that it will breakdown soon?
