My braces are causing canker sores!?

I have four canker sores on the bottom & two on the top. & somehow I have one under my tongue? How do I get rid of them? Because I keep telling my mom to get like Orelle, & she keeps forgetting to get it. So I'm probably going to have to deal with it myself. How do I get rid of them? I have tried salt water & peroxide, & nothing has happened Yet, but i sure evetually it will. But How do I get them to stop Hurting! I try to keep my tounge away, but it still hurts! How do I ease the pain & keep my braces from causing more?
