Is it true that major Native American Indian nations are seceeding from the union and being helped by Putin?

I heard that these indians are pulling out of the United States and Vladimir Putin is helping them seperate from the USA because we are helping Kosovo seceed from Serbia, and all this other mumbo jumbo...is this true?
