How to feel healthy and energetic?
I am already working out alot, but I have been eating alot of protein (about 180 g per day to try to build muscle) and I just learned that that is really unhealthy, as it can create a buildup of toxins. Basically I don't want to build muscle anymore, I just want to feel healthy, young, and more energetic. What kind of exercise would I do for this? (for example, would I do heavy lifting, or lighter lifting with more reps, or would I do more long-distance running, or more sprints?) And second, what kind of diet should I have to feel this way?
