Freckles on hands ?

Me 2. went to Dr. he said sun spots caused from exposure and will come out on the skin anytime in life..Avon makes a skin bleaching hand cream that will fade them somewhat..Use it at night and it takes a few months for it to really work..If you feel that uncomfortable with it you'll take the time to use it or maybe someother product...Good Luck
